I had to say it. It had to be said; fuck Paris Hilton!
Really I can careless about the 26 year old brat of a girl that she is. I know most decent thinking Americans can agree with me that having Paris in jail is a good thing. The best thing that could happen to her for the type of life that she lives. For those who don't really care, Paris is in jail because she has violated her probation for a DUI in September of last year. The judge had sentenced Paris 45 days jail time for her violation with some kind of community service. Oh the horror, Oh the pain. Poor Paris was going to spend long days in jail. So in the beginning of last week Paris reports to the Detention Center in Lynwood,California and does 3 days there. While she was there she was missing her pets that she puts on as a fashion statement and can't adjust the harsh realities of prison. On Friday she is released from jail for "medical "reasonsand strapped with an ankle monitoring device and placed under house arrest for the remainder of the sentence. Here's where it gets intresting. The L.A. County Prosescutor strongly objects to "medical" release stating that no celebrities get special treatment when they break the law if ordinary people don't normally get any special treatment why should she. To top that off there was court orders placed on the L.A. County Sheriff's Department to not release Paris before her 45 days were up. After that, the judge ordered Poor Paris right back to jail for the remainder of her 45 days there. As she was led to prison crying all the way there, boo-fucking-hoo!!
For those who think for what I have said is pretty insensitive about anyone going to jail , you have to realize because of her celebrity is because she got a 45 day sentence and not more like the rest of us. Doing 45 days in jail is easy instead of say, 6 months to a year and half for what she has done. Lets also understand that if Paris was drunk and hit and killed someone while driving to get a burger, she would have hell of a lot on her hands worrying about going to jail. I speak for everyone out there that if Paris had hit and killed someone while she was drunk we would demand every penny out the millionsand billions that she haves. By that statement I would think everyone would agree with me there.
Paris Hilton had lived a privleged, cushioned live for her 26 years of existence and her going to jail is her wake up call. Because her parents greatly failed to discipline her while she was growing up and the type of hard partying, hedonistic lifestyle she was living, the cold hard reality was the law was going to do it for them. Would she change her ways after getting out of the clink? I really don't know about that but, I give her a very little chance of that ever happening. However, she would have to change in order to avoid facing the same situation again. I know there are people out there who feels that the judge on the case is making an example out of Paris by giving her 45 days. I think as well as many others feel that by Paris' reputation she deserves the 45 days. It sends a message that if you going be wild and party all the time and drive drunk and think you can get away with it just because, you will pay a high price for your actions. Secondly I find it pathetic other girls like Paris are the worse role models for impressionable girls out there. You have Linsday Lohan , a 20 year old and underage going to rehab for a second time because she was hard partying and drinking way too much; and Paris Hilton's best friend Nicole Richie getting caut for a DUI and the other antics she has done. I wouldn't have my daughter or anyone else's daughters to grow up like them. I hope Paris learns from this and gain some kind of maturity out of this becomes a responsible young woman in our society not some bratty kid that we all know of.
Another thing, why is this news! The Mainstream Media had wall to wall ridiculous coverage about Paris Hilton like other obsessions, The Anna Nicole Smith death and baby custody, OJ, Natalie Hardway, JonBenet Ramsey and others. This is definely not news. Not while we have soldiers dropping like flies in Iraq, Bush drinking again and making total ass of himself again caiming he has a "stomach virus", and the other most important issues that we face after Chimpy and his ilk leave office. To spend all the time on a skanky twit of woman who don't cares how she thought of is considered newsworthy? But that for another post!
